Self Drilling Screws

CSK Phillips head self-tapping screws are known for their high strength and durability. To make an ideal assembly, the countersunk variation of the Philip screw has to be used in conjunction with a countersunk hole. It needs a predrilled hole to make it for further utility. The screws themselves are threaded with twisted gradation which makes it easy to install on the pilot hole.

Application:

• It is mostly used for sheet metal applications and also for machines and electrical component assemblies. An essential characteristic of these screws is the well-spaced threads and pointed tip, which is called the gimlet point. These screws are very helpful in applications where there is a need to bear more wear & tear and also more corrosion resistance.
